The breakfast was complimentary and good, the check in was smooth. I loved the room with a view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great and fantastic: a shopping area and a bakery were within walking distance.

I had reasonably priced room with an amazing view. The breakfast was good, it offered variety of delicious food. The hotel had a central location in the Chicago area.

Greenway self-park garage is connected to the hotel, making parking and carrying baggage easy. The breakfast offers a variety of options and changes daily. The rooms are well designed and spacious, with extra-large king beds that are very comfortable. The laundry room on the 27th floor is convenient with washing/drying units and a coin exchange machine. The location is surrounded by restaurants and provides easy access to explore the heart of the city.

Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

Its rooms are tidy for an incredible stay of our first night. The view of the skyline is pleasant. The location is marvellous and fantastic and they have parking onsite.
